Placement Support is a Leicestershire based organisation that has been providing clinical support nationally to IFA’s, LA’s and families engaged in fostering and adoption for over 20 years.
Registered with Ofsted and as an Adoption Support Agency, Placement Support is ideally placed to deliver training, reflective practice and support to both the team at The Meadows and to the families and children when transitions start o happen.The the clinical support to the The Meadows will be led by Dr Mark Waddington
Dr Mark Waddington
Mark combines the role of Director at Placement Support with doctoral research around inter-agency working. He is a BPC registered Psychodynamic Organisational Therapist, a qualified teacher, and was, for many years, clinical lead at Thornby Hall, an internationally renowned therapeutic community for troubled children.
