The Meadows is a specialist children’s home that supports children who would, under other circumstances, be placed in foster care.

We provide a high level of nurture and work with the children, their LA and IFA’s to create a bridge into foster care at the earliest opportunity.

It is our goal that children who do not need a long-term future in residential care should receive a brief, supportive intervention before being helped into a family rather than becoming lost in the residential care system.
